Radiators not Working

Hi,
Removed a couple of radiators to decorate and after putting them back, only one radiator is heating up in the house
We have a total of 6 radiators in the house and only the one in the kitchen, closest to the boiler is heating up
Tried bleeding the others but no water comes out and doesn't sound like much air is coming out
Maybe I need to top up the boiler? not sure at all

Check the boiler pressure and top up if needed, then bleed again.0
