Barclay Loan not showing on credit report

Hi, does anyone know why my Barclay Staff Loan isn't showing on my credit file? I've had the loan for some time and pay it on time every month etc, but wondered why it wouldn't be shown on there? I have now left Barclays and only have around 12 months to pay left.

I've checked Noddle, Clearscore and have previously checked Experian and nothing. It only shows my Credit Card, mobile phone etc.

The payment is obviously shown on my bank statement each month, but was curious as to why it didn't show on there. They didn't carry out a credit search at the time either, it was all done from account conduct etc.

It doesn't concern me as it makes it look as though my borrowing is less than what it actually is (although the balance is now below £2k), but would be keen to know why.

Probably due to it being an employee account. I've seen the same with retail store cards for staff.

Thanks. Very strange for such a thing not to be shown on a credit file in my opinion. Especially considering I left the business nearly 5 years' ago

Your best bet will be to call barclays and ask whether that is working as intended. It may very well just be a mistake on their part that it's not being reported.
