Euro Car Parks - Regent's Circus, Swindon

Hi folks

We got stuck with a couple of tickets from Euro Car Parks at Regents Circus in Swindon.

I challenged both with a pretty standard POPLA appeal and was successful because ECP decided not to fight.

This might be useful info in case anyone else gets caught there. I'm not sure if this is ECP policy in all their car parks but it might be.

I parked at Regent circus as I had a job interview, I parked my car put an hour parking ticket on my car. due to the interview running late, I had about 10 mins left on my car I decided to put another hour on my car. I returned before the ticket ran out and I didn't over stay the 3 hours maximum limit.


I didn't receive the letter from euro car parks until yesterday 06-02-2017 but the parking ticket was raised on the 29-11-16 so my proof of parking tickets I have thrown away as it was 4 months ago. It has now been forwarded to debt collection, but I haven't received any letters from them before.


I have emailed and them to discuss and find out why and the email was really !!!!!! and just told me to speak to debt collection and pay now

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, send the relevant appeal template without revealing the driver's identity, then start your own thread if you need further help.

I have amended your post as you should never tell anyone who was driving. You should ignore debt collectors and should never contact them ever, but you should appeal the original PCN/NTK.
You should use the advanced edit function and delete your post as you have given away far too much information. You have also posted on someone else's thread.
