LBC 2nd response help UKPC

Hi all,

Couple weeks ago I received a LBC from SCS law on behalf of UKPC for four parking charges, two from 2013 and two from 2015 for parking on a university campus. I stupidly ignored these, I understand now that was incorrect.

After lots of reading I replied with a letter based on Gans example.

They have responded unclearly, they don't have all the information for the 2013 charges, they just say there client no longer retains all the information. They have sent the copy of contract between UKPC and the university, and a load of photos.

Where I am confused is what to do next? They haven't requested a response to this letter, or given a deadline to respond. I have read Gans 2nd response example but none of that is really relevant in my case as there not claiming this to be a LBC.

Should I get reply asking for my information on signage and other stuff just to keep stringing them along? Seeing how many people are getting county court dates I can see mine going that way with them wanting £640.

Any hep would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Really, that doesn't help them look reasonable. I would write back each time, NEVER leave the ball in their court. A claim will arrive if you don't respond.

I see from another post this was Brunel. I think that's where Anthony94 had his case about and won at a hearing in the end.

Well, that's not exactly going to help them make their case, is it?

You need to ask them what information is missing ?

Search the Parking Prankster for LPC Law

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/

You can see how LPC Law lose for their clients UKPC.

Also, as UKPC has a bad history of faking pictures you need to study those pictures carefully. The courts already know of this fakery by UKPC

Thank you guys! I have sent off a respond to SCS law.

I know I need to get in a complaint to the university, but really don't know what kind of thing i should be saying as mine is multiple charges, reading those ones that have been canceled they all seem to be one offs rather then multiples, any suggestions?

Depends what right you thought the driver had to park there (refer to 'the driver' in the third person).
