The manager I have just spoken to has confirmed on the call it was not and doesn't exist. I asked her for a copy of it to read through my contract I agreed and she confirmed it did not exist and the contract was entirely dealt on the phone call and did not exist in written form for me to see what it was.

It may have been sent to me in the post and I have forgotten. But the manager has just confirmed in a (recorded) call it wasn't sent to me and nothing was and does not exist in writing at all

Never ever had one of these contract from multiple ISPs in the post .
The question re a paper contract from an ISP has been asked many times on this forum .

If you can get out of contract or get a refund for the unused line rental then every user should be able to do exactly the same by claiming never posted to me .

Plusnet customer service was top notch a few years ago now they've been infiltrated by a few morons.
