UK Window Cleaner problem

I had a leaflet through our door offering a supreme service blah blah blah and after an initial free clean we said we would let them clean our windows. We have a side gate which is kept locked and asked to be told when they were coming so we could make sure they had access. Cleaner turned up and cleaned the front windows only and 1 side window ( billed for full clean) we emailed back asking please let us know when you are coming etc. 2nd clean again just a note pushed through the door saying they had cleaned the windows..... Again we fired off another email and not even a reply. We have cancelled so anyone looking for a cleaner do not use them if you can avoid it they are awful... :mad:

Ours texts the night before to say he's coming & if we forget to open the gate he climbs over it. Window cleaners tend to have ladders.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
