Hi All.
Naive in this area.
Mortgage recently declined, reason being:
A payment of £80.00 is showing not paid to council for a rubbish collection ages ago from me.
Actually, it was paid on the due time and looks like council has mistakenly taken an action prior to the notice.
What can i do?
I am very annoyed as it means I am not being able to get any mortgage because of somebody else's fault.
Can I take any action?
