laptop not working

hi hoping someone can help me .
my grandson borrowed my laptop and now i cant get on it .
its a Toshiba Satellite and when i sign in its going to a page with my profile pic and my user name if i press enter it goed back to signing in
am tearing my hair out here .so would love if someone can help also lost the mose and cant get it back on xx
i came into the world with nothing,and guess what? i still have it!!!:p

    Sounds like he has added a password to the account.

    There is a way to reset with a Windows installation / repair disc, or Hirens liveboot has some DOS password tools which should allow you to reset in seconds. The Hirens disc is worth having anyway (and an easier fix in this case than the Windows method), so see if you can get your hands on one?
