I am a Talk Talk customer (no sympthy required).
I make free International calls via Planet Number by using a 0845 number. Talk Talk allow one free 0845 number in their call circle which I use to initiate my call and follow the instructions. No charges for the calls:beer:

There are numerous dial-through providers offering international calls, calls to CI and IoM landlines and mobiles and calls to UK mobile numbers via 03 access numbers. Those are also worth investigating as 03 numbers are always included in allowances.0

If you were to use the 0845 Service mentioned from BT you could end up with a large bill.As BT exclude calls to dial-up internet, calling card and dial-through access numbers. from their inclusive 0845 minutes.0
