Home Energy Serve - cancelling contract ?

Hello

I wish to cancel my contract with this company due to their appalling performance (I now have 2 written complaints in the system).

I want to use a local plumber for a boiler repair (rather than wait 2 weeks for the HES engineer).

Is this straightforward or do I have a battle on my hands ?

Probably the best option is for you to do it and tell us whether it was straightforward or not.
