No need to put in a copy of your appeal, mostly a POPLA appeal should be written, with photos of signs embedded into one long PDF, no need for odd attachments that the PPC has to supply anyway in their evidence, as Redx rightly says.

28 days is up tomorrow but I don't have pictures of the signs at the hospital. Can I add them later?

But a POPLA code will work for 31 days(honestly)...so get some pics tomorrow or Tuesday!

Thank you for the timescale info. I will post up the draft appeal tomorrow. Pics are easy as the hospital is nearby.

The pics show that as you turn off the public highway into the hospital the parking signs don't face the driver. They are on the passenger side of the vehicle, set at the back of the pavement, parallel to the roadway.

The signs at the pick-up and drop-off zone are placed high up on a wall on the passenger side of the vehicle and cannot be read by a driver who remains in the vehicle.

OK good - we have example ParkingEye hospital POPLA appeals on here already written about the unclear multiple signs you get in any NHS site. Search the forum for 'ParkingEye Hospital signs POPLA' and only read POPLA appeals less than a year old, not from 2015.

I reckon you will find some good ones to copy if you read enough results of that search.
