Why? I don't understand. There is only one blue text template letter in the NEWBIES thread.I have read a lot about this subject, but still struggle to make sense of it even with the template letter,
What's the problem, are you reading the forum on a phone? Don't...! And stop reading the OLD 'advice' in the MSE article.
You have just got that dreadful template from the MSE article about fighting parking tickets. Bin it. That's NOT the forum.
MSE, you asked for comments about this months ago and I provided some by email to MSE Megan:There are mitigating circumstances to explain why I parked where I did
Why the HECK is MSE still telling people to say that?? What is going on?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, I am going to send the one in #9 , not including any other details. My deadline is tomorrow.
Sorry the spelling will be corrected. I copied and pasted it of one of the threads that some one else was asking the same question. It's because there is too information for me, perhaps some of it not relevant - it's all too confusing, there is many links showing people different threads, a bit stressful. For some who deals with it often and help people all the time it's obvious, so I am very grateful for your help.
PS: I got a notice reminder today where the pay date was moved by one day later, would that class as technical error I wonder.
Thank you for your time0 -
Makes no difference, you won't be paying anyway if you get this cancelled, as it should be.PS: I got a notice reminder today where the pay date was moved by one day later, would that class as technical error I wonder.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

well done .....
now how about helping us .....
This is a campaign of asking people to keep sending Theresa May actual hard copies of the trash they've been deluged with. Let her advisers' desks overflow with annoying paperwork re PPCs.
No emails, all letters from genuine people pouring their hearts out. Write to your MP as well as Mrs May:
https://bmpa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/211923909-Why-not-write-to-your-MP
The more the better, write it yourself if you are able and enclose copies of the threatograms and rubbish thrown at you.
Do not do this by email - make your paperwork land with a thump on desks, just like it all landed in a very unwelcome way on your doormat.
Apparently the DCLG are looking to make an announcement before the year end so let's make MP's and Mrs May aware that action needs to be strong. You can be sure that the BPA and IPC suits are lobbying Parliament and meeting their friends in suits.
So let the consumers' voices be heard.
