Yes it was PIP, it seemed a pretty standard form with not much being asked about my mental health, I had to really go into detail since it seemed all he wanted was short sentences and one word answers. Asked about medication, side effects, sleep, what mental health support I had, did I go out alone, could I drive, how did I get to the appointment, how did I manage money, bills, managing my home, any pets etc. Did I see family and friends? Did I fill out the form alone?

Everything I said was ignored, as was the supply of medical evidence I provided.

ATOS still conduct assessments for PIP.
