Barclaycard fraud

What on earth is happening with Barclaycard or the companies who accept it? Three weeks ago they rang me to say my card had possibly been compromised as a result of fraud with one of the suppliers I had ordered online from but they claim they couldn'5 advice which company.

They replaced my card. I'be used it only once since its issue for an online purchase and tonight Barclaycard have phoned me again saying the same thing has happened again. Am I to assume from this that the one supplier I used it with has an unsafe website from which my card details have been stolen?

Have any other Barclaycard users suffered a similar problem? I am now wary of using my new card when it arrives.

Not necessarily.

Who is the retailer you used the new card with?

Was it an online purchase, if so have you checked your computer for viruses?

My supplier was a provider of vitamins. Yes thanks my computer is clear of viruses and has an added malware programme as well as virus protection.i don't properly understand how they know my card details may have been stolen

They'll have identified patterns that could potentially include your card.
