Hi
I had a Debt Reflief Order put in place on 5/10/2010.
Can anyone clarify that any of the creditors included should not have my default dates as after this date or not?
2 banks have been removed off of my credit file with my DRO but 1 bank has me defaulting after that date.
My credit file is spotless apart from them.
Can anyone help?

Hi there and welcome to MSE,
With a DRO the debts are not officially written off for 12months (when the DRO has completed). So if there is a default within 12months of the start date of the DRO, I am afraid that is ok, and quite common for creditors to up date their files in this way.
