Ebay refund?

Hi
i'm new to this and don't use Ebay to sell very often, I just wanted to sell some bits before my baby arrived, so could really do with some help
I sold an item on Ebay a few weeks ago and the buyer asked for a refund as he said parts were missing. He had actually read the description incorrectly, but I agreed to refund him as he had been emailing me 2-3 times a day and it was really starting to get on my nerves!
I accepted the refund request on Ebay and then provided the refund details as Ebay describes. The item was due to be returned by yesterday, but i haven't received anything from the buyer and he hasn't responded to any messages.
There is nothing on Ebay other than a button to give the buyer their refund. Obviously i don't want to do this as I haven't received the item back
Where do I go with this!? Its probably a really silly question

The buyer needs to show that the item has been returned to you via tracked delivery before you need to refund. If they is no tracked confirmation then ask Ebay to step in and they will find in your favour and close the return0
