I was told yesterday they had an IT glitch which had delayed things as I was waiting for my offer. It came through to my broker today though, could be an element of that too?0

Hello how many credit checks are done though out a mortgage app we got our mortgage offer last week and just wanted to no if they do any more checks to do with credit it is for a 95% ltv in 2013 i had two defaults but my credit has been great since then and my wife has amazing credit history am just abit worried that they will pull out of the deal0

they did two full checks on mine, one with the reference mortgage application and the other with the reference first time mortgage.0
