Network Drive not showing

I've just got a new laptop and have got everything working except for my network drive. I can access it using the web browser but on my old laptop it shows as a computer on the network, on this it just shows as a media device and storage. I've checked on my Dad's laptop (also running Windows 10) and it's showing there as a computer. As far as I can see all the network settings are the same. I've tried re-setting the network but it's still not showing.

On Dad's laptop my computer is showing, but the only computer showing on my laptop is the one I'm using.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what's causing it and how I can get it back?

You can do one of two things

1) Find out the IP address or network name of the NAS and add it manually.

2) Or change the network type you are on from public to either home or work which allows network discovery to be turned on
