Does anyone know how much a desktop valuation from a RICs registered surveyor roughly costs?

    A desktop valuation of what, to be used for what purpose?
  • Assuming a typical 3 bed house it will cost the surveyor about £25 but he'll probably charge you way, way, more than that.

    If your buying a house, something you can't skimp money on, that is a good detailed report for a house and associated problems.
