Have to say I'm with you. My runner is waterfall. I think it looks great. I don't actually think yours looks too bad apart from the bottom step.
P.s I like your binding. I went for tape but the binding looks great there.0 -

Yeah, first step and it does seem baggy in areas. I think it could have been tacked tighter but maybe there is a reason. It's not so baggy as to cause concern and anyone else probably wouldn't notice. On the landing it appears as though there is air trapped underneath and when you step on certain parts it moves about. Just cut ever so slight too large. Again, I don't know whether this is to be expected and it rectified itself over weeks.0
