Outlook not picking up emails -Macbook

Having a bit of a nightmare and hoping my description will trigger a emery in someone else. can't find anything with a general search on the internet.

My outlook 2016 has suddenly stopped picking up emails from one of my accounts but is still doing so for the other 2. I only realised as the account emails are sent to my phone also (iPhone) and I saw I had 18 new emails. My iPad isn't receiving them.

I have just gone to check the web based account and its taken several attempts to open that.

Should I sit tight and wait until whatever is going on rights itself or are there actions I should be taking right now?

    It a MacBook thats my issue.

    I added for extra information that the email address is picked up on both my iPad and my iPhone.

    The iPhone continues to be fine (thats how I noticed I had emails) but the iPad is also seemingly having a similar issue.

    Which account are we talking about (don't tell us your email address, just the bit after the '@')

    I check my work email (Nestle) at home via a Outlook365 website, normally never a problem. The last couple/few days the website won't load on my Laptop or Mobile via WiFi but if I put my Mobile onto 4G it connects fine ?

    A simple reboot of my router has just fixed my problem

    I have it fixed. I got in touch with my domain & the servers had changed. Not sure how I wasn't told but perhaps I missed an email. Thanks for reading!
