So happy that a 'scared person who didn't know what the Hell to do', now has the confidence to handle these and has won this one!

Hi, so thank you again for helping i won all my appeals. However i parked again but this time only for 5 mintues and i was apparently slightly on the diasabled bay, although i litererally like unpacked my car and drove away. Anyway, this time i got a windscreen 'fine'. It was dated 11 of janurary and i have not recieved a postal pcn. they have however a couple of days ago sent a warning, which may i add, has no photographic evidence. that now it is up to 60 pounds instead of 30
i was just wondering, did they have to send that 30 pound postal pcn first and because they didnt is it automatically cancelled?
If not do i appeal it in the same way i appealled before and what do i add in to make sure Popla know they didnt send me a reminder
THANK YOU0 -
Nope, they don't have to send a postal PCN first. A windscreen PCN can be followed a month later by a Notice to Keeper (whatever they call it).
Send the usual registered keeper appeal from the NEWBIES thread. I've changed it a bit since your last one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
