So today I've found out that halifax have been sending my post to the wrong address don't know how long this has been going on for because most off my bank stuff is paperless and I was wonder can this be a reason why I can't get credit? because my credit rating on clear score is 500/700 and I've never been able to get credit for anything not even a phone contract but I've credit card from the halifax which I pay off in full everytime I use it they have increased my limit about 4 times since Ive had it. I started with £2500 and they have recently increased it to £4350

Your score means jack. Ignore it.
Check your credit files to make sure the data is correct. And make sure the bank has your correct address.
