Filling in the Gaps in a Windowed Door for the Bathroom

We have this sort of a door:

However it's for a bathroom we'll be using mainly for guests. We'd still love natural light to go into the bathroom but don't quite know how to cover the plain squares.
So this got me thinking into a mirror effect, or some frosting effect. Does anyone know of some sort of frosting that is stickered on one side? We'd rather do it neatly.
Thanks

I would probably cover the whole panes with obscuring film, for a unified look. You could cut squares out, but I don't know how it would look.0

Put "adhesive opaque film" into Amazon.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Got some for £13 (needed the length).
It looks okay. Not brilliant but good enough.
Thanks MSE
