CCJ has been set aside! When will my credit rating go up?

I'm looking for someone to answer the question:
"if it comes out", how would it come out?
not
Precisely because it is a fact, they WON'T find out about the CCJ.
Once a judgement is set aside, it no longer "exists" in that any creditor who checks your credit history will not see it on any report. To be EXTRA sure, as I said above, I've just checked my full Experian report and it isn't there. No adverse credit at all.
With regards to my original question RE: how long until the CCJ disappears once the court has confirmed the judgement has been set aside, the Registry Trust has confirmed to me in writing that the judgement has been changed from Unsatisfied and has been removed from public record. Hurrah!
I'm still delaying the KS application by another 48 hours because the court told me it might take 24 hours for this effect to happen, so similarly I am guessing Experian or whatever KS uses might need a few days to "catch up" for creditors, juuuuust as contingency - I have a saved copy of the Registry Trust PDF report, should it not. With a very satisfactory "No records found" on it next to my name.
So with that I am satisfied the CCJ is not the problem anymore.
As an aside for anyone in a similar situation in future:
Yes withholding a CCJ is bad. It's a good thing I'm not doing that at all. Perhaps we can all learn another valuable lesson here, that we should also learn to interpret what we read in a post and try to stick to the question before constructing replies because you have completely missed the point.
But thank you. Feel free to move this to my Renting thread!
No I don't think anyone has strayed off tangent
Yes you are getting a CCJ removed - so yes that is good. However just because you're delaying the application by another 48 hours doesn't necessarily aid you as it depends on how long it takes the CRA to update their files. When I had a CCJ set aside it took a lot longer than 48 hours!
The point everyone is trying to make is, forget about the landlord - that has no impact on the CCJ. We're trying to say that if the CCJ is still on your file by the time the credit app is done then you might has well have explained the situation.
I worked in an estate agent and I had an applicant who went through something similar, they provided evidence and it was fine with us. However if we'd had someone who kept putting the application off, I'd have probably got annoyed and thought they were a waste of time. I'm not suggesting that is what you are doing, just trying to give a bit of perspective.Money money money.

Considering the tenancy doesn't start until the 15th, I don't think 48 hours was a big deal. As it happens the credit check has been satisfactory.
If anyone is ever in a similar situation, I advise contacting the Registry Trust ASAP - they were able to confirm they have informed credit reference agencies the same day. They did say it's up to the agencies how often they update their info, but that's why I paid for an Experian check of my own. I know the score means "nothing" essentially but it's above 800 so I'm happy with that.
So I guess updating information between the court/Registry/credit check companies happens pretty quickly.
And yes, he/she was straying off tangent - he/she said I am "closing my eyes and hoping they won't find out about the CCJ" - there is no CCJ, that is the whole point - that is what it says in the title. It has been set aside.
He/she just decided to argue with a stranger on the Internet about a financial situation he/she knows very little about, whilst completely ignoring the question.
But I appreciate all opinions.
P.s. as for trying to pursue another claim, the Landlord has not proceeded. I have all the evidence to successfully counter every part of his claim, which is probably why he stopped.
I.e. he says I didn't pay rent - my bank statements show otherwise. He says the flood in my ceiling was my fault - emails I sent warning them of flooding in the building show otherwise. Etc etc. So I am not worried about that at all.Credit cards: £9,705.31 | Loans: £4,419.39 | Student Loan (Plan 1): £11,301.00 | Total: £25,425.70Debt-free target: 21-Feb-2027
