Tumble Dryer Warranty Repair

Hello,

My tumble dryer is currently undergoing a warranty repair, engineer has replaced faulty part but still not working. Suspect a replacement dryer will be supplied, (confirmed by Bosch too).

According to Bosch this may take a couple of weeks, and as we've been without the dryer for a couple of weeks, it may be up to 4 weeks without the dryer.

My question is are we entitled to claim for laundrette expenses for drying clothes? First world problems I know, but we have 2 young kids and the washing piles up quickly. Bosch weren't very forthcoming with an answer, and said call back tomorrow to discuss.

It's unlikely, the warranty won't cover out of pocket expenses even though its frustrating. You could point out the issue in the hope that they may expedite your new dryer
Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!
