Blinds bought online not as advertised

I bought 4 blinds online and paid using my debit card. When they arrived the pattern was nothing like advertised on their website.
I have contacted them via their online query form as requested but all they say is the shade is often not the same as the website! No one seems to get that the pattern is totally different. They are now sending out a sample for me to compare my blinds to.
The fact that I sent comparison pictures to them doesn't seem to have registered.
Would I be able to get my money back via Chargecard as i used my debit card? Any ideas anyone please?

Yes - chargeback for goods not as described.

Wait and see what the company say first. Perhaps try specifically wording it to them that the goods fail to conform to contract as they do not match their description.

If it was something like a slightly different colour, that could be down to your screen/monitor settings, but a completely different colour or even a slightly different pattern is another matter.
