Distance Selling

Hi There,
I need some help here with the current version of Distance Selling:-
I purchased some number plates from DEMON PLATES, (demonplates.com) the third set, having always found them to be good in the past. However, to my dismay they came with their name printed in a large font on the bottom under by registration number. It transpires that the "slogan" is inserted for you as their name by default (very sneaky). Call me OCD but I just wanted a plain numberplate and their response is, that's how it is advertised so that's what (in effect) I ordered and agreed to.
Not exactly a friendly (or fair/even handed) approach since they chose to do that by default in their website. Am I within my rites to ask for it to be redone or refunded.
I would add they have not been at all helpful thus far.

I hate to say it but it is very clear and obvious on the site that the plates come that way, it's on the preview and shown under the optional slogan page.0

I do agree it is visible on the website (now I know), but, is it "fair" or "reasonable" to do this by default.
It was my incorrect assumption that you would only get a slogan if you asked for one, I cant imagine I am the first person to have this problem but i'm sure many take it on the chin and hey presto free advertising. I think it's at least back handed and an improper practice for the user to have to delete something from a blank numberplate. Everything else you choose is inserted by or selected by you. I didn't visit this tab. It's a bit like auto subscribing to something then pretending it was my choice because I was in a hurry and didn't spot it.
I guess in essence I was also shocked at the "tough that's what you get" view they are taking as we live and die by reputation online and they obviously don't care.0
