Central register for travel insurance claims

Good morning. My husband and I have had to cancel two holidays this year for genuine medical reasons - one because of me and the other because of him.
Being in our 60s, and with various medical conditions, we always take policies which cover pre-existing medical conditions, and do the screening. Both claims have been accepted and paid.
We'd used two different travel insurance companies. I was just wondering though whether there's a central database for travel insurance claims, like the Claims Underwriting Exchange (CUE)one. And I wondered if our claims are logged in somewhere, so that next time we go away and do the pre-existing medical cover the price will be even higher because of previous claims.
We declare everything on the screening. Unfortunately as we get older the list seems to be getting longer!
Any thoughts?
Thanks - Louise

Insurers don't ask about previous claims or have a register. Each holiday is going to be different. They are more interested in the health of the people wanting to be covered. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
