Window Blinds

New build property, floor to ceiling double glazed windows and door onto balcony. Cannot fit blinds or curtains to the lintels/reveals due to tilt and turn windows. Thought we had found a solution to the problem with blinds that are specially designed for this purpose with a frame that fits onto the window/door using clips that "slide" in between the glass and the seals. Had the representative of the company in last week for a measure up and quote and he said "we don't do more than a 2 metre drop and the clips won't work with that type of double glazing."
Any ideas anyone how to overcome this issue?
