Hiya
I'm trying to apply for a mortgage through Santander using a broker. They have run a credit check on myself and my partner and they can only see the electoral roll information, but none of our account information e.g. Credit cards, bank accounts etc.
I have called Experian who say that there are 2 formats of our address on our reports, one for electoral roll info and one for our accounts. However Santander have completed a credit search on both formats and can still only see our electoral roll info and not our accounts information.
We can see our reports on the Experian website and all our information is there, it's just that Santander can't see it. When I call Experian they say it's not there problem as all that information is on their system and should be coming through so the problem lies with Santander.
However when we call Santander, they say the problem lies with Experian. In the meantime we can't progress our mortgage any further. Help!!!! Does anyone know the solution to this??
