Does Co-op Energy sort out their IT system yet?

Since GB Energy going bust, I did a comparison search on electricity.

Co-op Energy pop up top of the list. However, I've seen there are lots of complaints about billing.

Have they sort the problem yet?

    They have no concept of customer service - go somewhere else, they are pathetic!

    Noy encouraging. I have just switched to them so I hope you are wrong. I guess that if they have taken over GB customers and are currently the cheapest on my comparison then they will be swampoed and service will be even worse.
