Shared Ownership Charges

Hi
I am in the midst of progressing a shared ownership application.
They have provided a breakdown of charges and these include:
rent, service charge, maintenance charge, management charge and buildings insurance.
Can anyone explain why there is a separation between some of these as I thought servie charge covered maintenance / building insurance and sometimes management charges? The overall figure is still in line with what I am expecting to pay.
My concern with this breakdown is I am worried each could go up each year at different levels?
Am i panicking for nothing?
Thanks

You'll need to read the various documents to establish what the different charges cover.0
