Is there any way to avoid "New other" in the Android app?

Get's right on my tits searching for anything new on the Android app only to find it's some refurbished junk or "only used once" etc when I open the listing

Its the sellers to blame, annoy the crap out of them....
Had that several times, I only want a new item yet used ones in the listing with I only used it a few times so good as new. BUT it is NOT new you muppet.
I cannot say what i do to them Soolin will tell me off
