Retired headmaster gets PCN for merely driving around private car park

Courtesy of Euro Car Parks and the muppet pays up! I guess he doesn't know about MSE, then.
Apparently he'd been driving around the car park for 11 minutes, but couldn't find a space that he was happy with so drove straight out again and ECP nailed him for it. Shameful.
Note how the Yahoo article stupidly calls it a fine rather than correctly a parking charge notice, which we know are very different animals. Kwality journalism there, Yahoo.

What possessed him to pay??
But his story contains an anomaly:
The headline says he didn't "even park" but he admits after driving round for 11 minutes he stopped "briefly" (most would call that parking) then decided to move to another car park as he didn't want to use the stairs he had discovered there!0 -

On top of that, you should see the tons of bad advice being given in the comments under the Yahoo article. I pity anyone who follows it.FunnyMunny for the best munny laundering services around! Get your squeaky clean notes here0 -
