It's also called Get rid of some of the layers of management and get rid of the trusts and their duplication of roles and admin teams .According to the Office for National Statistics, the proportion of managers in the UK workforce as a whole in June 2010 was 15.4 per cent. These statistics also show that there were 77,000 hospital and health service managers across the United Kingdom, or 4.8 per cent of the NHS workforce. In other words, the NHS has a managerial workforce that is one-third the size of that across the economy as a whole.0

We need to move away from the sacred cow of 'free at the point of use'.
A nominal £5 or £10 charge per hospital or GP visit would not only increase funds for the NHS but also cut down on folks clogging up GP waiting areas with sore throats and verrucas0 -
What ever happened to the £50m a day that Boris and his mate Nigel promised us now that we are "free of Europe"?0

Health tourists, people may say won't make a difference but it will. (Every penny helps)
I wouldn't mind paying more NI if I knew it was going on the likes of the NHS, charging for ambulances/care for drunk people on a weekend would save time and cover some costs go to a sort of holiday such as zante/Ibiza where it's private doctors that charge for drunks to be seen too.CC - £2,555

Once we invoke Article 50, all will be wonderful for the NHS just like Boris, UKIP and the BNP promised
