Does anyone could you deposit 2500 pounds on opening then withdraw a 1000 then put it back i.e. just cycling the money through the account once a month to meet the t and c's?

This can be done - if you have an account with another institution, it is as easy as FP to "other", make sure it has "landed", FP back to NW.

I have PoA over my mother's finances and I've just discovered that I've kept £500 languishing in a matured Flex Direct for most of November when it should've been earning 5% in her Flexclusive Regular Saver. I transferred it over at 9.30 pm but although the balance has increased by £500, it's not showing in November's transactions. Has she now also missed out on it for each month left on the term?

Don't worry, that's what happens with all credits to my Flexclusive Regular Saver account. Although the balance is updated immediately, I think the list of transactions for these accounts is updated only overnight. It should be displayed this morning.
