Student bank account - which is second best?

Options
Hi, quick question. My Daughter has been refused an o/d by Natwest (admin error/somebody else's fault). Now she wants to stay with Natwest, get her railcard and then move accounts. Will she be able to keep her railcard, and which is the next best account?
Thanks in advance.

She would probably be able to keep her railcard for this year but they send a new one each year as long as you have been using the account in the previous year. So she wouldn't be able to get it for the full 5 years.
