Just in case it was a problem for others - the form didn't work for me in Chrome and although got it to submit in explorer it wouldn't let me change the county.
The address let me change country, once I put in the postcode in the 'Street Addresses (no PO Boxes)*' box, but you have to select an address from the list that comes up, it wouldn't let me select an address that was over house number 15.
I finally got it to work by typing my address in the address box as.
00 Street Name, Town (then selected it) in the Street Addresses (no PO Boxes)* box.

For anyone having difficulty filling in the form
After you type in first line of your address(house no plus street) leave a space . Then you can click your address plus start of postcode from drop down underneath. It then fills in Town/city plus postcode automatically. Then you can select county.0 -

Thanks, this works up to a point but still unable to select County (which I suspect won't be on their list anyway)

I cannot get as far as the county. I complete first line of address with a space but my address does not come up. Using Firefox.0
