Zen Book Pro not charging

I've just bought a brand new Asus Zen Book Pro which doesn't seem to be charging. The battery icon states Plugged in Charging (0%). It's been on charge for a couple of hours and hasn't moved. When I re-start windows the icon moves as if it's charging, but after a few seconds it stops moving and just looks empty. If I take the plug out, there's no power.
Can anyone help solve this issue or am I going to have to return it?
Thanks.

Sounds like it's faulty. I'd just return it for a replacement.0
