Purchased an item of clothing online (bored of the high street) 9th Sept.
Received confirmation of order and confirmation of payment from WorldPay.
Item was showing as 'in stock' and website states that orders for all stock items are processed either same or next working day.
To date I have not received or heard anything with regards to my order despite sending 3 emails asking for updates.
Website has no telephone number to contact the company on - only an email address.
any ideas as to what I should/can do next??

Did you receive your order? The guy sent me this email: -
'My telephone number is - - - - - - - - - - - - Please ring me any time Monday to fridau before 9 oclock at night.' However, everytime I try and call him it goes straight to voicemail. Same happens when I call the number that's now listed on the site. . . only I can't leave a message cos the mailbox is full! Very frustrating and annoying!!
