I have each month on payday done this religiously but a couple of months ago I started getting gifts if I saw something that was on offer/in sale and I knew someone on my list would like it so currently at £304/£365 in reality I have £144.49 sitting in the account but most of my gifts are purchased

Sorry I seem to have lost track of time and have not posted in a while. So much saving going on and "wow" to the people who have already started gathering the gifts.

Just popping into say that I've reached my goal and a little more, so am reporting my total saved rather than a monthly figure:

Thanks to this challenge, I'm not worrying about funding Christmas this year, I'm just looking forward to it!
