Does First Direct's new chat actually work or is it just me that can't use it ??

    Not invited to even use it, just told that it will be coming soon. Interesting to see if this will be UK Based, and if they will have access to account information or only be able to give general internet banking technical help.

    It is uk based yes but no account information, general queries only.

    I wonder, then, if this will be an chatbot, rather than a real person, if it's just replying with general enquiries. Banks are investing heavily in these AI services.
