Advice on ticket from Millenium Parking Services
Norgs
Hi, I have recently received a NTK from Millenium Parking Services after parking on a petrol station forecourt in swansea whilst shopping in the garage. It stated that I had exceeded the max stay period although they recorded me as being there for 11 minutes!!
It states that a parking charge was affixed to the windscreen, although it wasn't there when I returned to my car and the first I knew of it was when I received the NTK.
I emailed a letter of appeal using the template on the 'Newbies' thread and received a reply stating as it was outside the 21 days they could not accept the appeal.
Looking for advice on what my next course of action should be, thanks.

Wait and see if they issue a 'Notice to Keeper'. Keep ALL paperwork for six years in case, but ignore anything that's not a LBCCC or court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OP - read up in the newbies FAQ thread about this and how to deal with it0 -
Ah yes, my mistake, I was picturing a windscreen PCN issued on a petrol station forecourt by this little firm, not ANPR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, I couldn't find what I needed in Newbies thread, I was not given a POPLA code following the appeal I put in just a message back saying I was outside the 21 day appeal period so should I just do nothing unless I hear from them again?0

You wouldn't get a POPLA code as Millennium is an IPC operator, where the second stage of appeal is to the woefully partial IAS. You've missed nothing!
Just ignore anything other than a LBCCC or real court papers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can find what you need. In post #3 of the NEWBIES thread, the part all about IPC firms and what happens when you don't follow an IAS 'appeal' (which we never recommend anyway). Thanks, I couldn't find what I needed in Newbies thread, I was not given a POPLA code following the appeal I put in just a message back saying I was outside the 21 day appeal period so should I just do nothing unless I hear from them again?PRIVATE 'PCN'?
