We are removing our current built under double oven to install a new one. Do the dimensions of a new one have to be exactly the same as the old one or is there room for a very small variation in size?

There's room for variation, you can always make a slightly smaller over fit the units. But it's a bit more difficult the other way round.0 -
depends how well the existing one fits! if it has gaps then slightly bigger will be fine too. Generally all built under ovens are designed to fit in a space between units of 600mm (std width ones).Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
