Confused about DRS plus ltd

Yes, I have read the Newbies thread, but I am still confused, I have received a letter today from DRS plus ltd regarding a parking fine from March?? No idea about what or where it can be from,
this is the first letter received, we have had no other notifications, letters or anything to do with a fine?
What's the best plan of action, do I send a letter saying I don't know what they are talking about?
We live in Scotland, does this make a difference to how to proceed?
