Smart Parking - DRP - Flowers Way

Hi,
I recently parked my car at a car park and purchased a parking ticket for 2 hours.
Approx a month later I received a Parking Charge Notice from 'Smart Parking LTD' it shows pictures of my car with time stamps but did not state why they were issuing a parking charge notice.
Since then a company called DRP (debt recovery plus ltd) issue another PCN to a different address (our 2nd property) which states:
'we are writing on behalf of the creditor in relation to an unpaid parking charge notice...details were originally sent to the address provided by dvla for the reg keeper of the vehicle....'' it goes on to say '' we have utilized a tracing service which has provided the above new address''
It goes on further to say:
the parking charge was issued because the vehicle was parked in a manner where the driver attracted a parking charge as brought to the drivers attention via signage and agreed to by the driver when the vehicle was parked on private land managed by the creditor'.
almost a week later they, DRP, have issued another letter, this time stating they are intending to take court action.
I am not sure what to do? Has anyone had issues with these company's before ?

And to find stuff about Smart, put the word 'Smart' into the 'search this board' box. You will find that you should have appealed this as keeper and Smart would have given up. Easy peasy to beat Smart at POPLA but you ignored them, so now you are stuck with getting these daft letters.

Ignore DR+ they can't do anything except bully you, and they are the tracing service, which isn't rocket science either!0
