New Bathroom leaking

Had a new ensuite fitted last week. Guys were great and never a problem. They done what seems a great job.
Used shower several times but I just noticed a small wet brown patch in the room downstairs. Not sure if it's the shower as it's in a different place but water can run. Obviously I will ring him to return but what sort of mess will this create. I have new tiles, cement board down etc. Not the easiest to replace.
Any advise please.

traps / waste most likely culprits, if its all tiled in it might be better going in through the ceiling below then replacing plasterboard.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
