Keeping track of savings

Good evening lovely people, I have been getting myself sorted with cycling my paltry savings into various accounts to make the most of rewards. I am just wondering if there are any good excel docs or similar that can help me keep track of where my money is and when... I have started a basic excel sheet but it would be useful to know when DD's are coming and going.
any tips good be greatly appreciated, I am more of a visual person (artist) so I had thought about doing a drawing! however not the most practical solution.
Cheers

I use a combination of MS Money (free to download) to record all expenditure and income, and a basic spreadsheet to ensure I make the manual transfers necessary to meet funding requirements for the interest paying current accounts.0

Make yourself a flowchart a bit like this one and then you will be able to visualise all transactions.
