Parking Eye Charge Notice at City of Coventry Health Centre

Hi
I'm looking for some help. My wife (the registered keeper) has just received a Parking Charge Notice from Parking eye. I'd visited the Coventry Health Centre with my son but the machine had a paper notice saying the machine or machines ( can't remember) were out of order. We'd been a few days earlier and the same thing happened but no fine.
What should I do next.
Thanks

You are off to a bad start, but (belatedly) Read the Newby sticker post, then complain to the Health Centre, for starters.
Get a photo of the parking signs on site and at machine, especially noting anything about action required if machine is not working.0 -
Hopefully your admission got lost (assuming that you "confessed" some time ago)! Now remove who was driving from your OP!
Much better for her to deal with this as keeper. Never admit who was the driver!
Show her to the newbies faq thread to get advice on appealing this
(And get complaining to the health centre!)0 -
It is not a fine.
That is unfortunate. It's a shame you didn't come here first as you should never reveal the driver's information.
All is not lost but it will now be harder to win.
What happened when you complained to the health centre? Have you taken pictures of the out of order sign?
Other than robust complaints to the health centre management, you can do nothing now except wait for the inevitable rejection. You will then have to construct a driver's PoPLA appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Thanks. Didn't realise there was a newbie page. Should have looked first !.0

You need to remove the first person from your OP, and replace it.
As in "the driver visited the health centre" etc0
